  1. I agree with this podcast. I am not sure why Shape decided to position itself as a more provocative magazine, but I guess they are attempting to play on the “sex sells” theme. Shape is definitely a great source for information of exercise and diet tips. I think it is hard to take advice from others sometimes, but Shape provides valuable information so I learned to trust it as a major source.

  2. First of all, I want to start by saying how much I enjoy your blog, I have found so much useful information, inspiration and motivation. Also, I would like to say that your podcast was extremely organized and easy to listen to and follow, your voice was clear and you asked really great questions.

    I also really like the Shape Twitter. I enjoy how not only does it have useful information about workouts, great new ideas, and delicious but healthy recipes.

    Personally, I don’t think it is detrimental to have tweets about relationship advice. If you open up a Shape magazine, not all of it is about diet and excersize. It’s a women’s health and Fitness magazine, but I enjoy the many many articles about beauty, fashion, and relationship advice!
